DANG

(Jen) Dang has played a key supporting role in bringing big ideas to life across some of Australia’s most exciting stages. With experience spanning VIP logistics, live entertainment, red carpet events, broadcast productions and executive leadership support, she’s known for making even the most complex events run seamlessly – and look effortless.

Most recently, she spent six years at Michael Cassel Group as Manager, Office of the CEO (essentially, a Senior Executive Assistant!). From managing VIPs and coordinating red carpets to pulling together exclusive functions, she became the go-to person for high-pressure, high-profile moments. Whether it was managing a private high profile lunch function or securing "unavailable" tickets – Dang was at the helm.

On top of her business-as-usual duties, Dang had a heavy hand in working on Julia Gillard’s Not Now, Not Ever touring stage show in 2022, Darren Criss’ 2023 Australian tour and in 2024. Patti LuPone’s Australian tour and A (Very) Musical Christmas (broadcast on ABC TV).

Before that, she supported the CEO at Ticketek Entertainment Group for three years, working across major concerts and sporting events. She kicked off her career at Sydney Showground, spending five years delivering large-scale events including the Sydney Royal Easter Show, music festivals and national conferences.

Dang's experience as an EA has given her a front-row seat to high-level decision making while also allowing her to step into hands-on event delivery, developing a unique mix of strategic thinking and operational grit. Working at the big live entertainment heavy hitters has taught her how to problem-solve under pressure, manage complex stakeholder relationships and keep events moving smoothly behind the scenes. This executive insight and practical experience has shaped Dang into someone who not only understands how events should look and feel, but also how to run them efficiently, creatively and with impact.
